STRATEGY
Investment Objective
Oxwater Partners (the "Fund") seeks to compound capital through highly concentrated positions in top-tier businesses facing transitory headwinds. The Fund generally invests in 4-6 large-capitalization equities with the potential to generate outsized returns through earnings-per-share growth and sentiment normalization. We restrict the Fund's capital to our highest-conviction ideas, employing in-depth fundamental analysis to identify meaningful disparities between business value and market value.

Mr. Leeper co-manages the portfolio and leads investment strategy and asset development for Oxwater Partners. Prior to co-founding Oxwater Capital Management, he held positions at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley and earned a B.S. in Finance from Trinity University.
Charles W. Leeper
Managing Partner, Co-Portfolio Manager
Mr. Leeper co-manages the portfolio and leads equity research and investment due diligence for Oxwater Partners. He began investing at an early age and co-founded Oxwater Capital Management to pursue a concentrated public equity strategy.
